I do a training cycle. Which I train the team each week one training session friday to friday. I train the team in full each position I use to do three posiiton training which cover more players when I do this but now I do 2 position 1 position traniing which everyone says its more efficent. So in conclusion it takes more to train per my roster than doing 3 position training. I would suggest doing this cycle so its not training per player but per the team. The cycle completes when you finish training the whole team in that training method. This is my training style I made the term up "cycle". But this is not up to me this is "your" team so whatever my opinion doesn't matter. You can do whatever you want with "your" team just make it the best possible move each time.
