Hello everyone,
I thought some time about the reason many teams don't train players. Why they avoiding doing that?
And then I figured out that they can't train because they don't want to increase other players' salaries in their team- especially the good ones.

So I offer a small thing- that will correct that, that will make the game more realistic and will actually everyone to train players :

in every training, we will be able to choose who will not get the training, and will get instead smt else or a little game shape(I prefer nothing- else it will be really too good). It can be changed for another idea- we will be able to choose max 3 pkayers that will not get the training.

FOR EXAMPLE:
I have a 18 years old PG.
He needs some training in passing.
If I do that- I will train either the Starting pg who is for example 26 years old, and after a season his salary will increase from 100k to 125k.

This is what happened now, and this is the reason many teams dont train.
But if we avoid this starting 26 yaears old training in passing- The problem will be disappear.

Thank you

P.S. don't forget the most important thing- it will make the game much more fun.
Everyone loves training, but for success it's impossible to combine between both of them.
tHIS OFFER WILL MAKE IT REALLY POSSIBLE.

Good point of view. I'll be honest, I did not consider that but it makes perfect sense.

you can play your 18yo as SG and train him passing at 90%. not the perfect situation, but still a fair one if you really think that training the 26yo is a huge issue.

I know many managers here that don't want to train young players altough the way you offered.
The solution that they add don't really work as I see, managers still don't want to train with punishment. It's all abut money

And yes, you can change my idea and make it better

Your player will be so much better though. Another solution would be to buy capped players, that won't develop much further.

But in general, I think assigning players by choice and not position would be the way to go. I wonder how many users would instaquit over such a change.
