First cycle: Training of pressing(OD), outside shooting(JR) & one on one(1v1).
Way of training: 2 skills OD, 2 skills JR, 1 week 1v1, 2 skill OD, 2 skills JR, 1 week 1v1, 1 skills OD, 2 skill JR, 1 week 1v1.
*Remark: After finishing cycle (JR have +6 & OD +5), you go to next cycle.

Second cycle: Training of pressing (OD), passing (PA) & one on one (1v1).
Way of training: 1 skill OD, 2 skills PA, 1 week 1v1, 2 skills OD, 3 skills PA, 1 week 1v1.
*Remark: Reach skill 16 PA & 19 OD. If you didnt reach that stats, repeat second cycle until you reach desirable stats. If one skill reach desirable stats and other dont, change training by removing traning of that skill that reached desirable stats.

Third cycle: Training jump shot(JS) & one on one(1v1).
Way of training : 2 weeks JS, 1 week 1v1.
*Remark: Reach desirable skill stats JS,DR,HA. If one skill reach desirable stats and other dont, change training by removing traning of that skill that reached desirable stats.

Fourth cycle: NT coach suggest next step of training.

When you train PF, you have so much freedom to do, this is just one way of training. First season train JS,OD and 1v1.
Second and third season ID & IS, in allstar week & playoff train RB.
Fourth season JS and 1v1 till desirable stats, then RB till desirable stats.
It would be great to stay in touch with NT coach especially when he reach 20-21yr, then NT coach will tell which skills prefer, outside or inside depending on NT needs.

Second season RB & IS.
Third season ID & combo (SB & 1v1)
Fourth season RB & IS.
When he reach 20-21yr, be in touch with NT coach to get instructions for training.

coach, what if the player is 6'5"? training OD will be difficult
