Deadline to register as a candidate has passed toady at 06:00 in the morning (at least according to our translation).

"Du musst dich bis 19.02.2016 06:00:00 registrieren."

It is still possible to register as a candidate. Please fix, whatever is wrong.

When there is only one candidate, the registration time is extended. We should change the wording to reflect that.
