As of right now have 3 players that I am training which are power forwards and centers... Mainly this season I have trained them for id, inside scoring and once one on one for forwards....I'm hoping to draft another undersized center at 6-5 and train to be an all around forward and big guy. I still also have a 21 yo that I'm still training. Is it efficient or effective to do alot more 1v1 training for awhile? Will they pop in defense if I use 1v1 training?
Somewhere on here I read using 1v1 training for several players helps alot. OR...should I keep it simple with only 3 trainees?

Depends what skills you need for your players.. It is not effective to train 3 players in one on one . So if you want to train 3 players better train it in 3 possition training

No. Three games a week. 2 positions trained. 3 times 2 is 6. So you can actually train 6 players effectively if you wish, though 4 or 5 is easier to manage every week.

Well yes, thats what i wanted to say. It's better to train 3 players in one position taining and it is more effective than i 2 possition training, as you lose potential 3 tainees

But if you want to do one-on-one training, which is a pretty effective method of training, you can train up to 6 players (although I wouldn't expect to get 48 minutes on that sixth player).

I often have 2 primary trainees and a couple of players, usually older players, who I'd like to get some additional training. When I do one-on-one I usually try to get all of them some training.

I have 3 18 y/o's as my main trainees this season as I've run 1v1 Forwards all year. They have 12 12 and 14 pops each. I slide a veteran into the training spots also to get some additional training. My team has 54 pops on the year and looks a lot better than when the year began. If you can grab 1 or 2 guys for next year and do a season of 1v1 then that will benefit them all.

I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.

KHenry thank you. That's what I was asking of the benefits of 1on1 training because it seems to pop in driving handling and js as well as long range and inside offense. Correct? ?? I've done it a couple of times this season and had a bunch of pops. Also, probably a stupid question but what do u mean u had 12 12 and 14 pops? Is that a total of pops by the 3 trainees this season using 1on1 training?

1v1 Forwards will give you pops in HA DR predominantly then IS JS and cross-training to random skills. I meant by 12 12 and 14 that trainee A has 12 pops for the season, trainee B 12 pops, and trainee C 14 pops. All using 1v1 training.

KHenry. .. that is so awesome I appreciate this valuable information... That is a lot of Pops man. I'll be doing this type of training for a while now and especially with my new guys once to draft takes place... and probably continue it with my trainees I'm working out now because they'll only be 19 next season... And I also have a couple that are 20.
