I have $700k and I need a solid developed roughly 24(next season) year old PF, but nothing seems to be good on the market lately...

Like a good player for D3/D4, like at least 13's for primaries and like 9 for jump shot

Not gonna happen for 700k at 24yrs old. A player like that at 33+ might even go for more than 700k most times.

Like our good friend from across the pond said, might have to go a bit older, but a big influx of players in the market generally occurs at the start of each season.

The cheapest way to acquire an elite prospect is through the draft (invest 40K/week). Save your money to acquire a lvl 5+ trainer.
