1) Do training like 1v1 for SF/PF and for the three different games, two regular and one scrimmage/cup. This gives you up to six chances total to get your athletes at 48 minutes.
2) Put one player at SF for all three slots (starter, backup, and reserve) and one player at PF for all three slots.
3) Make sure you change it to strictly follow depth chart so the players each get 48 minutes per game.
4) Change game pace to take-it-easy so they don't get burnt out and taken out of the game.
5) Do a rotation of 2 players each game at those 2 positions.
Each player should get the 48 minutes if you follow all of those steps.
