I have 14 players on my team. Game shape - Five are proficient, 7 strong and 1 respectable and 1 average. Is that okay on average, or can I be doing significantly better somehow?

When you type 7....you mean respectable...right? 8 and 9 would be strong and proficient, respectively. Correct?
If I have that right, then I'm doing okay....one 6 and one 7, the rest all 8 and 9's.
