Hi, i don't know if the matter has been discussed so i start a new thread, in case it will be considered a double feel free to close this one.

I think one of the biggest problems here is the difference of starting conditions of young teams across the world...

While i'm ok being in a nation with a V league (even thou it's full of bots) i think there are nations where u start almost directly in the major league... experiencing completely different economic conditions.

Now a solution i consider easy is to create macroregions over the world, while keeping the label of the nation u come from.

I mean to pool enought nations togheter under a unique league to let them have the same experience the same feel as nations with a bigger player base.

All done to let experience everyone at least a III division and have some motivation and be proud to climb the ladder, cause it's this climb i think the main reason of a managerial game...

I'm an old player returning and i found almost the same problems i left...

Feel free to ask, because i have a much more detailed idea in my mind and my english is not so fluent to let me express confortably in one go ;)

bb

Just a bit of light reading ;)

I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.

The discussion has been long and quite frustrating.

What we know so far:
1. Nationalism is a much bigger problem than some would expect
2. Even if the current situation is frustrating, every possible change would lead to a big number of users being more frustrated, so it's hard to decide what or if something will be done.

3. because 1 and 2 most likely nothing will happen

In every change there is ALWAYS a minority who makes a fuss about it, with no reason often they do it just because they want to be looked at.

While they look like a lot actually they are quite a few, just the mess they make seems to be huge.

Having read the thread u linked i guess a good strategy would be a way beetween solution A and B, while keeping every flag of every nation they should pool them in new BBleague with the name of the macroregion big enought to grant a satisfing and rewarding play.

the draftees will be 48 scrubs proportionally divided among the nations present in the macro region.

Coding aside, it seems to me a very quick and globally satisfying way to arrange things and would really improve the game for everyone.

I think it would solve even many problems economy related.

The 90% of those who are reluctant (who is alrdy a small fraction of the maiority) will complain at the start and will keep playng with more satisfaction, the others (very few individuals) will keep complain but still play in the end.

I still see it as really easy problem to deal with and it's taking away way too much time to the devs from focusing on real issues of the game as the game engine who still has the same issues i left years ago.

This is my own opinion.

Now, you can't deny the fact that half (possibly) of the users from smaller nations said out loud they didn't like the idea.

He might not be able to deny that but I can. Even of the noisiest nations (Iran, the eastern europeans) in that thread it was less than a tenth of them saying out loud they were against. Nowhere near a half.

Actually for us in lower leagues of our countries changes would be, economically speaking, significant.

Often we get trashed in the market by players newer than us but with a economical power much much greater they have no idea how to manage...

We lose motivation and they quickly lose the pleasure of the game.

Not counting players from those nations that try the game, see it empty (for what they can see with their low experience) and leave even before a single game is played.

I'm in a full bot league (even thou i checked for max challenge... bha) and i'm staying just because i know the game and its times...

Just to add something important: most of those users have never spent a single $ on this game, so taking their rage too serious might be a mistake.
