It has been a topic for a few years now, flash isn't/won't be supported by most browsers. Chrome and Firefox will block flash content by the end of the year.

Of course there are other options, but in general that means that the game viewer will become obsolete sooner than later and looking for alternatives might lead to more users quitting.

Is this issue discussed internally? What are possible solutions for this problem?

Flash will not be blocked completely, you'll just have to "allow it" for BB, like you do in Firefox right now.

We will announce our plans when we agree upon them in a news post. We have already tried to convert our match viewer to HTML5 without success some time ago. Maybe we will try again, but I cannot promise anything.
