Prediction for this seasons

If Basketcats can keep their team, it will be hard to keep them from winning this year. I think the most resistance in his own league will come from kikaaz.
On the Fantastic side I expect Estrellas Absurdas of course, and I am curious about Union Liège this season. How long can he keep playing with his expensive and aged team? Will he be able to renovate and keep playing for a playoff ticket?
And never underestimate Antwerp Angels, he won too many cups and titles therefor. :-)

I hope to play playoffs this year and keep training my drafts. And perhaps in 2 seasons try to make the jump for BBBL. :-)

I started with a loss against Basketcats.
But i'll be surprised if he and Union Liege can keep the high salaries they have...

Don't worry. This season is one where i'm focussing on training. I've got a SF prospect for the Australian NT in my ranks, along with 2 Belgian trainees (one U21 PG currently) so my focus will be on training. I'm still unsure if i don't want to demote and promote once again, just to get the extra cash influx, but i don't really need a new draftee, so for now i think i'll just stay put.

I've got some deep pockets, which without a doubt could land me 3 or 4 BBBL ready players, but i'm hoping to splash that cash on some excellent players so that when i go back to the BBBL, i'll be ready to make some serious noise up there.

Basketcats & Union are playing a dangerous financial game. they are all in. Both need to promote to the BBBL, question is: who will see this tactic rewarded?

i can't argue with Basketcats wanting to return asap, but tanking is being made increasingly more difficult, meaning that the quickest way to get cash is to get a good draft, train players for a couple of seasons and then sell them on for huge profits. However, to get good draftees you need to invest huge amounts of cash in the draft, which is why i currently don't know what is going to happen. The TL is going out of control, prices are absolutely stupid because some teams need to dump cash to avoid the 25M extra taxincome...

Either way, i'm waiting to see what they do with the draft before making decisions on how i'll progress with my team. if they substantially upgrade players comming out of the draft, then that suddenly becomes a way more lucrative way to earn some more cash, getting some good trainees before i start knocking on the BBBL door again ;)
