Can someone do me a big favor and make a list of the skills based on total salary increase per pop from greatest to least for both BIGS and GUARDS?

Or if that's not possible, can anyone give me a general idea as to what skills cost more in relation to others for BIGS and GUARDS separately? (Ex: BIGS - IS > ID > SB)
