Welcome.

It's tough at the start. Don't get discouraged. Takes a long time to build a team.

Thanks. I am trying to figure out the training. I was doing one on one training for the one positions type. For scrimmage matches I do the team one on one training. What is the time table on training during the week so I know when to change it? Also I have heard team one on one training takes longer than one positions type one on one training? The help on this subject will be great. Thanks.

Training guide is here.

Training takes place once a week. You can change it all you want, but you will train with whatever is selected at the time training occurs (around 6:00 AM EST on Friday.

Training single position does go faster. But training 1v1 is recommended for young players because it raises 3 skills (HAN, DRV and JS).

Main thing is your players need tom play 48 minutes to get full training. A lot of the other stuff should be explained in the thread.
