Does anyone know the exact numbers for the difference between 1 and 2 position PA training? I have a few extra players i could train with 2 position but just wondering if it would be worth potentially slowing my key trainees down for this. Thanks guys

3. What's the alternative to training 2 position PA?
Training 1v1, ST, FT? Maybe not training 1 out of 3 trainees? I'd go for 2 position PA in that case
