Jump Shot: sensational
Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: strong
Handling: mediocre
Driving: prominent
Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: average
Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: pitiful
Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: strong
Free Throw: inept

those are his stats at the moment. He has HOF potential and I want to make sure I can get as close to that as possible. My trainer is currently Advanced with no specialty. I'll buy a better trainer if need be to make his great :D

He's not quite a small forward, he's more of a shooting Guard that might play SF in an outside offense. his rebounding is much too low going into his age 21 season to really recover and also cap him out. You should consider making him a shooting threat.

hit 1v1 @ FW until his DR gets to 13.
Outside Shooting @ SG until his JR gets to 11.
Pound Pressure @ PG until his OD gets to 12.

From there, you'll want to alternate pressure, outside shooting, jump shot, and 1v1. I'd aim for 17-18 JS and 17-18 OD long term minimum.
