I have a suspicion but I can't say 100%, that iso doesn't seek out your best inside/outside scorer, but your best inside/outside mismatch.

Imagine Outside ISO as pick and roll... You rotate players and look to isolate player.

So that guy goes for pas or shot. Also its balanced offence, its not outside oriented...
