Great draft. No holes at all. His potential is pretty good, too. I would suggest you to get a lv 4 trainer if you don't have one. Lv 5-6, are pretty expensive and you are new to the game. You can do 1,5 seasons of 1on1 forwards training, after that you can train his OD (one position PG) and ID (one position C) to good levels(10-11?). He has a potential to be a great SF.

Inside Scoring (C position), Press in order to raise his outside defense and 1on1 or Jump shot. You can start with these sessions till he reaches 8-9 each and then you can focus more on Inside Shot, Jump Shot and Internal Defense

His dribble propably will get a pop with 1on1 training or with Dribble training. But I think you should focus first on the inside skills and then on the outside skill

definitely start of with inside skills.
I'd say start of with his Close shot till it's 7 and then alternate Close shot and ID till both are 9.
As he's already 19 he won't make it into the u21 in such an active country so just focus on him for you're own team or the NT when he reaches age 27-28.
Just make sure you get a lvl 4 or 5 trainer as they are the most Cost-effective.
Or another option would be to Sell him as he'd probably bring up a few Million$.
