I drafted pretty promising youngster (skills below) which i will keep and train. But im still thinking how, as i would also like to keep going with my previous #1 trainee (21 year old now before update). These two dont fit well on a same training plan.

If I go on with my old training plan, which would mean next season OD training, then season of inside training (mostly IS). And one season of mixing atleast PA, OD, ID to finish the training for my older trainee.

What would this mean to my new draftee? How much would he stay behind comparing to "normal" / "perfect" training on guards (starting with 1on1 and then moving on with elastic effect) ?
