Hi, I'm wondering if the National tournament fixtures are drawn randomly or are they meant to be seeded? I've had a look in the rules but couldn't find the answer.
I'm asking as I am due to play a top team in round 2 whilst there are bot teams from lower divisions who are scheduled to play each other.
