If you want him starting at SF at 25, I'd go with IS to 13, OD to 14, PA to 9 and JR the last weeks. Then you van start him at SF while continueing with 1vs1 forwards and JS.

If you want to train him the best way possible, you should start IS, then 1vs1 for elastic effect on OD and PA and then JR/JS to finish.
