For me, to get me to renew my supporter, I need to see the fan survey get a major overhaul. Right now, its absurd. It needs to have a long time following added in. Like, you make the playoffs 5 seasons in a row, you shouldn't see a dip in attendance. Also if you have previous season MVP, you shouldn't see as much of a dip in attendance when hosting losing teams. I mean, did the lakers see a dramatic dip in attendance when Kobe was playing, no matter the opponent, they were sold out. Same with a team like Spurs, their attendance is very regular. I can show you examples at every level, teams that have been dominate for long periods of time, do not experience major changes in attendance.
