I'm just confused on how I got demoted from DIII to DV. I believe that this has to be a glitch since DIV has its fair share of bot teams. kinda weird

Yeah it's a bug. We have a manager in the USA demote from the NBBA to D.V haha. It should get sorted out soon I think, but post it in the bugs forum if you haven't yet. There are a lot of people dealing with the same issue.
