They should be looking for a new BB with some communication skills. Even limited communication skills would be an improvement.

One step at a time, one step at a time. Marin seems to react in cycles of 10 seasons, he doesn't get it or doesn't listen right away, but apparently it can be persuaded in time or with the right arguments.

Anyway, let's hope they find someone and let's hope that someone is really good and does a good job.

Is this something related to the fact that there have been changes in BB's Team? I mean, Perpete is no longer EGM-, Foto is no longer GM-... And I do not know if there have been more changes, but this seems suspicious or at least curious.
