Assuming that driving training it's One on One for guards, 1on1 trains JS, Handling and driving while with JS you trains JS, jump range, handling and driving. Handling and driving with 1on1 it trains quickly while with JS training it's residual. The difference on time it's about 7-8 times faster with 1on1 than JS. But the training of JS it's a bit faster training JS than training 1on1. Look at this table to compare, it's in spanish but it's easy to translate. JS it's Tiro, guards it's base/escolta, and One on One it's uno contra uno.
