Could someone please tell me if my player below has hit his cap? I don't have computer access right now. I'm hoping to get a couple more pops in IS and ID. I can't add much else without his salary being too high for my D4 and hopefully future D3 leagues. Plus, I have to start guard training next season to go along with my 2 bigs and one SF that I have been building for a few seasons now. Thanks in advance!

According to Buzzer-Manager, he is 94-100% capped. It sounds like he could get up to 3 or 4 pops (in certain skills) before he is at 100 percent. For SF, JS/REB can easily eat up a lot of cap space.

Look, potential has sublevels too, so if Buzzer-Manager says 94%-100% it means the player could be capped. 94% would be the value if the potential of your player is 6.99, 100% is the value in case the potential is, for example, 6.00 or close to it. When buzzer-manager goes to 100%-100% you have passed the 6.99 cap value and the player is definitely capped.

However keep in mind that after you hit the cap training does not go to waste completely, it simply slows down significantly. Hope this makes sense.

Buzzer-manager is slightly off for potential compared to Coach-parrot, but close enough.

Buzzer manager hasn't updated its calculator system for many seasons. So it is not exactly the reality.
In many cases, even with 100%, player still has some potential space.

I was under the impression (confirmed by Foto at the time) that salary changes did not affect cap calculation which stayed the same (at least after the more recent changes). Cap calculations are a bit different compared to the formula CP uses: I would always use the CP coefficients as you can estimate the cap using the correct sublevels too.
