I planned to play this game with only 5 guys and gave the coach to strictly follow my orders. But for some reason the game decided to substitute my starting center after just a minute of game time and just before free throws. Please look into this as next time it might cost me the win.

It is not a bug. He was injured, that's why the lucky fan subbed in. If you had any backup, then they would substitute him.

He was injured, but only in game. You can see his name is red in the game engine. Some injuries are in game, and some are permanent (1-2-3-4 weeks).

He did get injured, but just for that game...
