Yeah, my plan since creating this team is to promote or demote every single season. Don't feel like anything in between is financially optimal. With these young guys I have in place, and the bankroll I've put together, this season starts my push to the NBBA. Hoping to be able to promote in consecutive seasons to that level (I know it's absurd).

I'm a couple seasons from jumping to d3. Still, need to add more to the arena. Still building outside guys. I have a couple decent players but need to build up around them now. I'm kinda caught in up and coming purgatory lol. Thinking of adding a decent PG and start pushing while training a couple outside guys to balance out the team. Looks like you definitely going to give a few of us a run.

So I or we need to get a few mvp or hof and train up their main skills?
Damn...my little 50k pas wont cut that lol....I do have a hof trainee now but sounds like I better just training him outside defense and offensive shooting and passing....then worry about handling and driving til later? Oh man...forget the elastic effect training 1v1

This season is a pretty good season, more life people than past two season for our league.
