Welcome to our 6 new teams, 3 each for the Big 8 and Great 8. A nice mix, including Extra Crispy, who I played in the same league way back in seasons 18-20. Here's hoping I'll have better luck against him now.

I fully expect to be getting the short tour of D.III as my team is nowhere near ready for the competition here. I hope to train well, go as far as I can in the cup, and leach a top draft pick before tumbling back to D.IV. Cheers!

Glad to be in such an active league. It was nice winning a lot down in IV but I feel the higher level of competition will help me learn the game a lot better. How big is the difference in attendance money here? I am looking at some of the salaries here and amazed that you have that much income to support that!

You will also get more TV contract money than in IV

This is the first time my team has survived into a 2nd Season of D3. I'm pretty excited about it! sad though that it took so long. hoping with some additions i can make a push for playoffs this year.

So, did anyone get a decent free player? Not sure what to make of mine. 11k 27yr superstar. He looks like a 19yr old fresh from the draft with 1 great skill. But I would have loved him my first season playing. If I didn't have a few (ok, way to many) backup bigs, he could get minutes there.

My thoughts exactly. Mine is a 24yo starter with the decent inside skills but nothing else. Useful if I was just starting out but useless now. I have better bench big men than him and he is too expensive to be cup/scrimmage fodder. I'll probably end up firing mine soon.

Yeah, I wasn't very impressed either. While my 25 year old has pretty decent big man skills, his secondaries are awful, with a couple of atrocious and a couple pitifuls.

29 to C, 11k salary. Good inside skills, but not really a D3 player. I guess by the others replies here, the free tutorial players are meant for new teams. A shame they couldn't give us younger guys to develop.

I got a 27 yo with just one good skill. Really have no idea what to do with him. Ideally I'd like to sell him to some new team but apparently we're not allowed to do that. :/

Haha, the bot team I pulled in the 2nd round of the cup has 75 players on his roster.
