Hello my friends,

I will be running for re-election as the USA National Team coach.

My last term has left me very unfulfilled, as we did not reach our goal of winning the World Championships. However, the experience of qualifying for the Worlds and then competing in the first round was invaluable, and upon that foundation of experience and hard work I hope to bring us to the promised land.

To accomplish that, I've resolved that we will not be outworked. To that end, I've scouted every single active team in the USA, and also every draftee that was generated on Monday. That's a lot of manhours, but the array of information we now have is unsurpassed.

I have also decided to surround myself with some of the finest BB minds in the country to help discuss strategy, tactics, etc. Those that have committed to contributing their knowledge include brianjames, stogey23, GM-Vikman, among others.

Tactically, during the World Championships, I made some choices that I now regret, and have learned from my mistakes, and I believe the combination of that experience and the brainpower from the aforementioned assistants will improve our gameday decisions to the point where it's a pronounced strength.

I'm sure that we will have many solid users that will also run in this election, and I welcome the competition. Without competition, the exchange of ideas doesn't happen, and we're worse off as a community.

However, I firmly believe that I am the best candidate to lead us into the next World Championships cycle, and that we will absolutely improve our results. We have to. I believe I will bring the best combination of experience and hard work to the table, and that we WILL be successful.
