In preferences there are 2 options:

first one Hide/show all tutorial.

Second one (is visible only if you skipped at least a single step) unskip all the skipped steps.

The website is a bit sluggish/malfunctioning (I suspect it might be linked to the Tutorial) and there is the ongoing issue with the webpage certificate, but I'm happy we finally got the tutorial going and I like the widget with the pipeline for new changes.
