I find that some players from tutorial went to free agency. For example, (43917272)(43917108)(43916135).
If a lot of players from tutorial are fired and go to free agency, then it may cause some problems for the transfer market.
Maybe we could do some restriction, for example, only the players from tutorial being fired after 2 seasons could go to free agency.

This will be a problem in the short term as only teams that have been playing for a while will fire these players.

Having an influx of these sort of players on the transfer list also isn't such a problem as it will help new teams improve quicker.

"These players can’t be sold for 2 seasons, as selling them would anger the fans. They can be fired though.." - sentence from season 40 news.

Quite the contrary, I think it is always a good thing when money is spent on free agents because it just disappears. There is too much money in the game, causing excessive prices on the TL.

Maybe you guys are right.

I find that I didn't explain why it may cause some problems before.
I just find that we could ask our friends who will not play BB for registration, completing the tutorial, and firing the players. if 10 friends do that, then maybe there are 30 players with salary around 10k in the transfer market. If everyone do that, then there will be a lot of players in the market.
Of course, maybe it is not a bad thing (not for the manager selling players with the same salary level) and maybe it will not happen. But I think it is not a normal behavior.

Not a fan of this one. The fact I don't want to use a star player doesn't mean I wanna to retire him... let him just play in other team, which need him more ;)

For example, (43917459). Has OD 17, sold for 325k. It depends on random factor, maybe even too much.
