Hey,
Maybe this part of the off-season hasn't been done yet, but it looks like everything else has been so I will mention it. My USA team got moved up from D.IV to D.III and my TV Contract has not changed.

But now that the salaries have updated, the league's new salary floor should be available and the TV contract can be calculated from that.
