I just bought a new player and I was wondering if I am allowed to ask his former manager about the trainings on this player in the past few weeks, in order to know how much he needs to be trained to improve. Can I inquire about training history or is this against the rules?

AFAIK, that should be perfectly fine and I have not seen any rule anywhere against it.

just make the message non-intrusive though.
