There hasn't even been a Season 41 news post yet. I doubt they've thought ahead to the next development yet.
I would think (though I have no more knowledge of this than you) that the fact that they have a calendar and a scale of how major/minor the changes are would mean that they know precisely what they intend to release on or about those days and are going to use the time between now and then to actually try to accomplish it. I can't imagine they'd set a date for stuff to be done, announce the date, and then sit around trying to figure out what to do that would qualify.
