Is enthusiasm an active thing, or does it have to be used (Crunch Time)? Mine is at 10 right now because i have 2 big games this week (back to back) and i plan to use CT for one of them. My question, does enthusiasm have an effect outside of Crunch Time? If i use normal, does the 10 enthusiasm have any effect on their performance? Is it significant? My current plan is to use CT in my 2nd game, so im mostly asking out of curiosity and for future planning.

P.S. i went through the FAQ and it wasnt clear on this.

How does enthusiasm fluctuate up and down based on CT, Normal, and TIE?

This is what I'm asking about. If I'm using Normal, does my 8 or 10 enthusiasm have an effect on their performance?

Yes your team will have better game ratings. You can use CoachParrot to look at that.

Ok, that's all I really wanted to know. I've been away from my laptop all weekend so I haven't had time to mess around with coachparrot yet
