That game was a lot closer than the score indicated. With around 10 minutes to play it was 67-64 and then....and then... well sometimes it just works out. The problem is we are still stuck in the five hole as Cal is rolling, and Ladson is on our ass like a redneck trucker. But at least we are drawing well at the gate and we are even adding a couple of rows of seats that hopefully will be ready in time for my cup battle.

I too need one more big man, but I am only throwing down so much jack towards the endeavor. Webb and Armstead are steady defensively and on the glass but mercurial on the offensive side. Chunsheng can fill it up and he always has a bottle Windex handy but his defense is spotty and he is real prone to foul trouble. Also as last season showed if one of those guys go down it is a real issue. Overall I like the flexibility I have, especially in the backcourt, though it is getting put to the test this week. I should have sat more guys against the Claws as i had to burn a GS on training this past week to keep my guys fighting trim. One thing I am really concerned over is that my stamina levels are way down across the board. So I will have to burn one session on that as well, and it is liable to be this week. It will be interesting to see how the kittens play out Tuesday night as we both have very similar cup draws.
