If they include it in their estimate, which means they use it in their formula to create the estimate. Whether or not you agree with the logic, I like to know what goes into the calculation. Also, they compare players that got sold around the same parameters. Whether having a high salary is good or bad, it is still a parameter and the BB-Market decides how good or bad it is.

At least this is my mindset, I don't think any changes are needed.

Keep in mind, the TPE is a good way for noob players to get used to the transfer market and what kind of prices are reasonable, buying and selling. I haven't looked at the TPE since I learned how the market worked and you shouldn't either. Take it as it is, an estimate.

Also, like you just admitted statistically, your player is an outlier from the other data that they've compiled on players around your range. You have a unique build where most players do not fall under. So the estimate would not apply to you. Using your knowledge of the market and knowing your player is better than the TP estimate, you can make an intelligent decision on his pricing.
