I think I once worked it out to be at $2200, I can't remember exactly how I arrived at this figure though (and can't be bothered to do it again). I fire once their wage exceeds that, I think when it's currently $2205 and about to go up to $2227, or something like that ...
Others might correct me, if so I'd be happy to optimise a few dollars.
