Hey guys. Does anyone have any data or information if experience plays any practical role in games (i assume it does) and if it does, how do we get any idea about that?

I don't have statistical data to back up my observation, just personal feeling:
experienced guys, coming from the bench are very effective skills wise (they are playing way better, then same skill set guys)
For example:
low skill free throw guy still will be able to score 2 of 2,
higher percent shooting,
key rebounds, steals, blocks in crucial moments etc.
worked good for me only with limited minutes (from the bench) though

Thats what I remember also, but was wondering if there have been any data-based experience on this. It would be cool if there was added some kind of "hints" in play-by-play mode about those crucial blocks, steals or tough shots made by high experience guys
