Hello, I am trying to set up my phone to receive the text alerts but I can't seem to figure out just how to do it. I typed in my phone number but I haven't received any text with a confirmation code. Can someone help me figure this all out? Thanks!

Actually, we don't support sending SMS text alerts directly, we can only send emails to a specific address that will forward those emails to your phone. Some mobile carriers have this, others don't. So, what you really need to enter there is an email address, not a phone number.
