My NT player Vlimas (37064274) is stuck at 7 GS since the beginning of the season.

He has played 61, 60 and 48 minutes respectively, the first three weeks of the season, but his GS remains a medium 7.
His DMI during these weeks, is 265 - 363 - 338 - 344k...

It becomes even more frustrating when i see this week that for instance the no18 in Minutes Played Worldwide, a guy in Vlimas' league (44228192), has also GS 7, with his respective weekly minutes being 101(48+53) - 101(48+53) - 96, average of 49,6.

I believe that something is wrong with my player's training, even more when since the beginning of last season(18 weeks ago), he''s only got one pop up, while being trained with an exceptional trainer, is nowhere near his cap and hasn't missed a single minute of training time.
Last pop up was exactly one season ago, week 4 of season 41!

GS calculations have a random factor, so being "stuck" at 7 is no wonder at all. Also 48 minutes is not ideal.

About his training I'll just say one thing: he's 28.

GS calculations have a random factor, so being "stuck" at 7 is no wonder at all.

Unless, randomness is now by far the no1 factor in GS calculations, the numbers and the data doesn't add up to make your claim valid, or at least doesn't excuse the lack of further examination.

Also 48 minutes is not ideal.

A clueless statement, borderline disturbing, given the assumption that you're the one who implemented development wise the influence of stamina to GS training...

About his training I'll just say one thing: he's 28.

I'll just say one thing: 4/18= 22,222%

You can accept my explanation or not, it's up to you. Having an attitude doesn't help your case, though.

Which case doesn't it help?
As far as my initial report goes, you made it pretty clear there wasn't one in your first response, with patronising(talking about attitude...) and deliberately inaccurate remarks to which i responded.
