Hi, i'm just looking for a bit more information on Stamina/free throw training. I'm curious as to how often people alternate between the two. Currently i try to get 2 team training sessions in per season, 1 FT 1 Stamina however i'm feeling as though maybe i should do 1 FT 1 Stamina and then 2 FTs the next season? What level of Stamina is sufficient for a 48 minute game, most of my player have a 6-8 level some are lower. Is there any theories as to the ideal stamina for a player? Thanks

+1 for the risk of too high stamina and too much minutes. I experienced that with players at stamina 9, that's not a good idea to me.

Is this some random occurrence? To me it seems like training Stamina also affect other skills. I expected the cross training to happen when using primary skill training, not team training.

This is very interesting. Does this 10% of share goes fully to a particular skill (chosen on random) or it is distributed to multiple skills (equally or not). Say, with training GS 90% of the effect goes to the GS, and 10% goes to jump range (random), OR 10% is then shared among jump range, passing, stamina...
