It is time that this game more reflected real baketball
3 point shooting doesn't work even close to the way it should
Have a look at this game played run and gun
(101826158)

My Center makes 3 out of 4 (JS-JR is 7-6)
SG is (19-16) Trained just for this went 2-8
PG on verge of 16-15 goes 0-7
SF is 16-14 and he went 1-5
His perimiter D as a team was 9 (Not great)

He played man and has pretty expensive guards. It wouldn’t be surprising if their OD is 17-18ish. Also, streaks are a huge thing in basketball, nobody is ever an automatic 50%+ 3 point shooter game in and game out. Bad games will happen. It’s more about exploiting matchups in B.B. and finding the best offense you can run against every team.

No this is common
The PG is now 1-19 in the last 4 games
His GS is always a 9

3 Point shooters just don't make enough shots no matter what Offense you use
Outside D is way stronger than JR

OD is probably too strong of a skill but I don't see a GE rewrite anytime soon in the future.

The game day prep has been a help in slowing down Inside Off
so I feel it a must to develop outside game and JR
You can win by switching off from Inside
but it would help if it was possible to train a dominant outside shooter who was effective

It would help, sure. But outside offense is hopelessly broken. And what's worse, even if you build a team that somehow manages to shoot a higher percentage from three than from two (which, I have, just to try to disprove the theory thatoutside shooting is impossible to succeed with), your team will still refuse to adjust their shot selection to shoot even half of their attempts from outside. On the bright side, all you have to do to win with an outside offense against a good team is ... well, I don't know, because holding teams to the low 70s and having a 19 point lead entering the fourth apparently isn't good enough. I'm done hoping for anything from all the time I spent training JR, and at this point, I'm just hoping that next season when I can have four guys on the court with 15 SB, I might be able to win games 63-61 (well, maybe two seasons later once I can train rebounding high enough to offset the boost that LI teams get).

Well I still remember this cup game: (71876419). The assist to turnover ratio for both teams amazes me to this day.

If removing the rebounding advantage for inside tactics can be done without changing much of the GE it should be done. After all, that's where outside tactics lose games most of the times, not being able to rebound the misses and giving up a lot of putbacks.

That should be easier to do than changing share of shots taken from 3 point land, without breaking a dozen other things in the process.
