For me Scout combine, you see then the ages and heights of all players.
You can later spend your points on players that you like based on that.

Scouting combine if you have a lot of points. Group demonstration if you have few points and want to draft a good guy. You can interview 5* players and try to find 5 potential 18 or 19 years old draftees.
