Too many trainees at one time. If you're not single position training, you're wasting them. If you're single position training guards, you're wasting your talls (and vice versa).

Yes, you're correct except js training to boost offense. I'm not planning on this type of training. Due to too many trainees but what do you do for training offense for your guards? Just curious.

It really depends on the guards, but One on One, Jump shot, Outside Shooting and passing are offensive guard training options. The first 2 are dual position, but the second 2 are single position. When you train JR and PA your talls will lose valuable weeks of training.

I purchased a few trainees and they will most likely pop in OD and JS over this season, next season i will train a couple of Bigs the main 3-4 Inside skills to get a nice boost.

really have no intentions of training JR on the bigs

That is my point. If you have trainees and you don't give them minutes every week, they are not worth having. If you chop and change between 6 trainees in single position training, none of them will reach their potential.
