I'm bored with this season and am looking forward to the draft. I will likely end up in relegation so I will have decent draft position. I will also have 149 scouting points. I want to draft 1 or maybe 2 bigs (highly unlikely I know) I can train for my club. I'd like them to end up as valuable players in LI/3-2 zone team that can make D. II Utopia.

First, question: How should I allocate my scouting points?
Second question: What players should I look for and how should I prioritize skills, height, potential?
Third: How should I train them after I get them?

Thanks. I thought that would be the case, just curious if there was a better option out there.

That answers question one. I'll take advice from anyone on the other questions.

I also have 118 draft points right now and I am tanking this season. I would suggest using Scouting Combine and Group Demonstration options first. Then you can scout all 18 yo. players and interview 4-5 balls players hoping to find 5 potential ball player. You can also scout 19 year old players too, if you want (some 5-5 19 yo. players have a chance to be great players, 60-70TSP).

After you have found the good draftees, you can spend some points to learn specific 1-2 skills about all of them to make your decision clear. If you can find 5-5 bigs for example, you can learn their OD, PA or IS, ID for short players.
