So by total accident I bid and purchased this player. A 7-1 point guard with MVP potential. Obviously he has balanced skills inside and out, especially in PA. I have 2 players I am training so whats the best training ideas anyone can offer with this player??? At only 23 he has plenty of growing he can still do. So any ideas will be Greatly Appreciated. Should I train a season OD, JS and then blast him with inside skills when he is 25?

Yes indeed - He has been well trained for outside skills for 7-1....My accidental bid may turn out to be something positive after spending the next season or two boosting inside skills. My current two trainees should benefit as well as guards with nice inside skills since they will follow this trainee's training.

I don't think this player is his focus - Kind of landed in his lap by mistake
If he trains inside right away - He gets his current trainees what they need
at the same time he'll max out his return much sooner and get on with his real training

Yes, correct. I will most likely boost inside skills - ID and IS. My other 2 trainees will greatly benefit as it will boost their inside skills now and then i can hit their outside skills next couple seasons. Basically making them both valuable forwards when they are 23/24 yrs old. But after pondering this mistake of a 7-1 player with outstanding passing skills will really be nice once he gets a boost on his inside skills....I guess i am still stuck with him for now so I need to build him the best way possible.

My advice is one on one for forward until driving is 15, after that go for inside defense and rebounding.

I agree with this but either in reverse order or in a rotation. Forget the IS, only rely on secondary pops, he won't be a good inside player probably ever but may be an excellent PF if he can defend and rebound.
