Hello guys.I started to play again few weeks ago and bought these 3 players today:

Weekly salary: $ 3 223
Role: draws a paycheck


DMI: 9700
Age: 18
Height: 6'3" / 190 cm
Potential: allstar
Game Shape: mediocre
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: average
Driving: inept Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: pitiful
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: pitiful
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: strong

Experience: atrocious TSP: 49 (35 + 14)


Weekly salary: $ 2 957
Role: draws a paycheck

Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: allstar
Game Shape: average

They have same potential and similar skills and can be trained togheter.

I want to make players like this:

JS 12-13 JR 7-8
OD 14-15 HA 12-13
DR 11-12 PA 10-12
IS 8-10 ID 6-8
RB and BS should stay at same lvl

I looked on Buzzer manager that these skills are achievable with this potential.
So do you guys have some better ideas and how should i start to train them?
I have lvl 4 trainer and i think thats fine because i have enough time to train them till they cap

I would start with 1on1 for forwards. Then OD, passing, JR, IS and that JS at the end. That should give some elastic effect for od and jr. JS as dessert.
