So my first Utopia draft and i was able to get https://i.imgur.com/C7ORs7M.png
I already have one other trainee I picked up off the TL during this past season but obviously this New draftee has the red carpet welcome and training deferred to him. Do i train the inside shooting hole first with some IS/C and then a ton of 1/1Guard?? (The reason i am preferring 1/1guard vs forward is the extra .4 going to JS rather than .2 JS and .2 IS). I am training with a level 4 trainer and may look at this trainee as a SG. This is somewhat new to me getting a new trainee fresh out of the draft so any info is greatly appreciated.

Thank You...but being only 19 should I try to bump his IS up or get it later like after his outside skills are nearly built? My intentions is to train him as a SG or a combo guard but I always hear trainers of high level trainees try to get any holes fixed first like his inside shot only being a 3 currently. But otherwise yes, i am going straight into 1 on 1 guards for the next couple seasons and then build up from there..

Yeah you should probably do 1v1F for the season. You can easily train 3 other players with him

There are still major variables like stamina and aggressiveness that require a manager to pay close attention every game. You can run a 4 man rotation pretty easily setting lineups 1x a week.
