I've got a 27 year old ALL-Star guard with 90 skill points. When i reference Buzzer Manager it says his potential limit is 88%-97%. What exactly does that mean, and how will i know when a player has definitely met his potential cap? Should i continue to train until it says 100%? I mean, is this guy still worth some training time, or when i see that 97% should i expect it - the training process - to maybe have already slowed or stopped? This is virgin territory for me, for i've never had a player with over 90 skill points so i don't know how this exactly works or what to expect. Thank you.

That basically means he's almost hit the maximum level that he can be trained and receive a pop. He's a 27 year old, which means his training is gonna be REALLY slow. You'll know a player has hit their cap when it takes weeks for them to pop (this could work in conjunction with a player's age).

You would be better off getting an 18 or 19 year old for cheap. The time it would take for him to reach 100% would be better spent training a much younger player.
